Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Referring to Practical Cardiology4th edition (2007) edited by Chen Haozhu, and Practice of internal medicine 13rd edition (2013) edited by Chen Haozhu. Guided by Fuwai Hospital of Cardiovascular Disease, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. 1. Persistent autonomic nervous system symptoms: Palpitations, tachycardia, before the period of contraction, accompanied by sweating, trembling, blushing face; 2. Subjective complaints involving the cardiovascular system symptoms: Such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, precordial pain etc. 3. There is preoccupation of suffering from heart disease in patients, the doctor's repeated explanation and assurance do not help the matter; 4. No evidence for the structural and functional disorder of the vascular system: Results of coronary angiography and coronary CT were negative; 5. Male or female, 15-65 years of age; 6. Patients did not take anti-anxiety and depression drugs or psychotropic drugs before enrolling in the research group in two weeks; 7. Provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with coronary heart disease, myocarditis, mitral valve prolapse and other organic heart disease, echocardiography shows that there are structural and functional abnormalities in the heart; 2. Cervical heart disease; 3. Endocrine and metabolic diseases, such as hyperthyroidism, pheochromocytoma, etc; as well as other causes of ST-T segment changes, such as the low blood potassium, the effect of the drug reaction and the "juvenile" T wave"; 4. Chronic infection, drug effects; kidney, brain and other serious physical disease; epilepsy; 5. Serious mental illness or a family history of mental illness; 6. Pregnant and lactating women or women with the desire for pregnancy.
