Control group:maintain the endtidal pressure of carbon dioxide( PETCO2) 35-40 mmHg
Therapeutic hypercapnia group:maintain the endtidal pressure of carbon dioxide( PETCO2) 45-50 mmHg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old, Male or female; 2. ASA grade I or II, NYHA class I-II; 3. normal liver function and renal function; 4. The first shoulder surgery patients; 5. Patient is able to understand the trail and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. orthostatic hypotension or poorly controlled hypertension; 2. pre-existing history of cerebrovascular disease; 3. pre-existing history of pulmonary disease; 4. symptomatic cardiovascular disease.
