18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with left / right upper lobe of the lung lesions; 2. aged 18 to 80 years old; 3. patients who have theindication of left/right upper lobectomyand without surgical contraindication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who underwent preoperative neoadjuvant / radiotherapy; 2. with diabetes, heart failure and renal insufficiency; 3. A history of pulmonary tuberculosis or pleurisy.
