65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AO / OTA type 31-A1 and type A2.1 intertrochanteric fractures; older than 65 years; indications for surgery (hospital assessment); patients with long-term residence in Tianjin and no relocation plan within the next year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathological fractures, patient has been unable to walk before fractures, severe dementia (clinical dementia rating scale score = 3.0), and mental disorders (MMSE score <7 points), the existence of medical contraindications, can not comply with rehabilitation exercise or complete the questionnaires
