18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective anesthesia Gynecological laparoscopic surgery, aged 18-65 years old, ASA grade I or II, BMI 18.5-28kg/m2, not taking any sedative, opioid, or sleep aid drugs, no allergic history of any study drug, 24 h before surgery did not use sedatives, analgesics, antidepressants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who were pregnant or breastfeeding or conversion to laparotomy,or who were smoking, Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, or who were, or Gastrointestinal dysfunction,or Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, or who were Cognitive dysfunction or metal and psychological disease, or who were taking any sedative, opioid, or sleep aid drugs, who had an allergic history of any study drug, will be excluded from the study.
