Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 1 to 6 years, classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) score ? or ?, scheduled for elective laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac surgery under sevoflurane-remifentanil anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: mental or neurological disease,sleep apnea, treatment with sedative or opioid,body mass index(BMI) 40 kg/m2 or greater
