Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria of severe cervical OPLL: Aged between 35 and 65 years. Meet at least one of the following three conditions: (1) ossification below three segments (Including three, namely below three intervertebral space and two vertebrae); (2) spinal cord compression?50%; (3) The JOA score?10 points. The patients and their families agreed and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Complicated with serious primary diseases of heart, liver or kidney and psychiatric patients; Patients with malignant tumor and infectious disease; Complicated with trauma; Secondary surgery patients; Ossification severity failing the above criteria.
