Interventions

experimental group:Blood spirit of traditional Chinese medicine (Shen Qi Qi Sheng Qi Sheng Xue mixture) combined with small dose of hormone
Control group:Oral prednisone tablets 20mg once, after breakfast, once every two days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. compliance with chronic ITP diagnostic criteria; 2. met the criteria for the diagnosis of refractory ITP; 3. to meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes in ITP; 4. aged 18 ~ 65 years old; 5. can be excluded from the use or other treatment methods that have been used or are being used, including the late effect; 6. voluntarily accept clinical trials and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. are receiving other treatment methods of the disease; 2. pregnancy, pregnancy or lactation women; 3. serious heart disease, including myocardial infarction, heart function not all 5 or more; 4. before treatment ALT, Cr exceeded the upper limit of the normal value of 2 times, or with other complications affecting the efficacy of observers; 5. other systemic diseases with clinical significance: alcoholism, drug abuse, mental disorders and mental disorders; 6. according to the researchers, the possibility of reducing the possibility of entering into a group or other lesions or circumstances.
