50 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult males or females aged 50-65 years; Type 2 diabetes mellitus (duration is less than 5 years); Subjects without severe complications such as renal, eye, foot or encephalon complications; Subjects must understand study and agree to participate; subjects do not suffer from lactose intolerance and milk allergy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals are excluded according with anyone of the following conditions: Individual who use exogenous insulin; Individual whose blood glucose is unstable or fast blood glucose >16.7 mmol/L; Individual who cannot take care of himself; Individual who don't drink milk often; Individual who suffer from lactose intolerance and milk allergy.Individual who has health problems and does not fit to participate in this clinical trial.
