the first group:Oral Chai Qin anti soup + only stimulate to the row of the outside of the areola milk + hot compress
The second group:Oral Chai Qin anti soup + stimulus areola edge and pull the nipple line of milk + hot compress
The third group:Oral Chai Qin anti soup + stimulus to the row of the outside of the areola only milk + gold come loose hot compress

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. conforms to the diagnosis of early acute mastitis (stasis period) standards, in the onset of lactation, aged between 18-38 years, and the course of the disease within the seven days, not into the pus, not treated patients through other methods; 2. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy women, allergic constitution, nipple retraction; 2. with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney and hematopoietic system, such as serious primary diseases, diabetes, or psychiatric patients and body have other acute inflammation; 3. now accept other relevant treatment, may affect the effect of the present study of observing indexes.
