Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. with Aplastic Anemia Diagnosis; kidney deficiency and blood deficiency type with two standard; 2. Aged 14 years to 80 years; liver and kidney function is normal; hemoglobin <80g/L; 3. Course of disease in 1 years or more in the course of more than half a year, but did not receive regular treatment; 4. did not participate in other clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diseases that cause the reduction of whole blood cells, such as paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobin, bone marrow hyperplasia, acute blood stasis, and bone marrow fibrosis; 2. Congenital aplastic anemia, congenital; 3. Patients with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney disease and mental disease; 4. The pregnant and lactating women.
