Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting the diagnosis standard for simple obesity in "People's Republic of China health industry standards: adult weight determination (WS/T428-2013)" released by People's Republic of China national health and Family Planning Commission in 2013; 2. aged 18 to 70 years; 3. body mass index (BMI) =24kg/m2; 4. those who are willing to accept the intervention methods.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. female in pregnancy or lactation; 2. with severe insufficiency in heart, liver or kidney; 3. with tumor or other severe cerebrovascular disease; 4. with history of losing weight by operation; 5. having taken drug with known influence on weight or appetite in the last 3 months; 6. those who have received catgut implantation before; 7. those who are not cooperative or cannot hold on during treatment period.
