Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with short operation (including unilateral inguinal oblique hernia repaie,testicular descent fixation, hide the penis, wrapping is too long patients); 2. ASA physical status I; 3. Aged 1- 6 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Disaggree to participate in the trial; patients who have serious heart disease, lung disease kidney disease, neurological diseases such as mental disorders, mental retardation, coagulation disorder, upper respiratory tract infection, nasal diseases, allergic to dexmedetomidine.
