Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Wind-fever could of Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection; 2. Patients taking not any other medication and receiving no treatment measure within 48 hours; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 4. Volunteered for this study with informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were receiving drugs in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection nearly two weeks; 2. Patients diagnosed as acute suppurative tonsillitis, lower respiratory infection, acute sinusitis, consumption, measles, whooping cough, diphtheria, etc; 3. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 4. Allergic patients who are allergic to the pharmaceutical preparation of test drug or controlled drug; 5. Patients with concurrent cardiovascular, liver, kidney, brain, and hematopoietic system, etc. Serious primary diseases, cancer, mental illness or other disorders.
