Interventions

control group:no transversus abdominis plane block
group R:transversus abdominis plane block with 0.25% ropivacaine
group R+D1:transversus abdominis plane block with 0.2% ropivacaine and 0.25 ug/kg dexmedetomidine
group R+D2:transversus abdominis plane block with 0.2% ropivacaine and 0.5 ug/kg dexmedetomidine
group R+D3:transversus abdominis plane block with 0.2% ropivacaine and 1.0 ug/kg dexmedetomidine

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years old; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification, class I or II;operation time is within 3 hours; be able to cooperate to complete the test; laparoscopic gynecologic nonmalignant tumor surgery patients under the general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with malignant tumor,hypertension, diabetes,heart disease, adrenal gland diseases and severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; combined with chronic pain and bradycardia; long-term use of corticosteroids, analgesics, adrenergic agonists and antagonists; alcohol, nicotine and opioid dependence; local anesthetics allergy; turn to laparotomy; BMI = 35 kg/m2; fail to transversus abdominis plane block.
