Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 2 times of urine retention; Residual urine>100ml; 2. Poor effect of the use of 5ARI and a-receptor blocker and IPSS>15; 3. Urinary tract infection and bladder stones or the bladder disfunction caused by the BPH; 4. Archoptoma,hydronephrosis,inguinal hernia,haemorrhoids,bladder diverticula or urinary infection combined with the BPH.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Qmax>20ml/s; 2. Neurogenic bladder; 3. Injuries in the low urinary tract and the prostate; 4. Bladder cancer or the prostate cancer during our treatment or the follow up; 5. Structures in the urinary tract and bladder neck.
