Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Alzheimer's disease was diagnosed using the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and the Alzheimer's Disease and Associated Diseases (NINCDS-ADRDA) criteria and the MMSE evaluation scores of 14 to 24 points; 2. Survival is expected to be more than 1 year; 3. No tumor, congenital or acquired immunodeficiency disease, congestive heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart rhythm, arrhythmia and other serious heart disease, active hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and other serious liver disease, no one kind of glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, uremia and other serious kidney disease; 4. Blood, ECG in normal Range, liver and kidney function measured value of = 1.5 times the normal value of serum triglyceride measured value of the upper limit of = 2 times the normal value of the upper limit of serum cholesterol measurement = 2 times the normal value; 5. can be follow-up, good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Alzheimer's Disease but the MMSE evaluation scores less than 14 points or over the 24 points.
