Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Colorectal cancer patients with definite pathological diagnosis; (2) TNM stage is IV, postoperative recurrence or loss of operation time; (3) 18-80 years old male and female; (4) Expect to survive more than 6 months; (5) No heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; (6) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous or combined with other malignant tumor history, but has been cured of skin basal cell carcinoma and cervical carcinoma in situ; (2) With the serious complications of heart, liver and kidney; (3) The patients had intestinal obstruction cannot take medicine, need intravenous alimentation; With malabsorption syndrome syndrome or other gastrointestinal absorption effect, or with active peptic ulcer disease. (4) Any instability or possible harm to the safety of patients and their compliance with the study. (5) According to the clinical treatment experience and the situation of patients, the estimated survival time was less than 6 months; (6) The participants were judged to be less compliant or unable to cooperate with the subjects in the study.
