19 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 19 to 60 years; the American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function I-II; 18 < body mass index (BMI)< 28;Surgery time is expected to exceed 2H; the patient has improved the preoperative pulmonary function and heart color Doppler ultrasound examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There is a history of liver, kidney and thyroid disease in patients with obstructive and restrictive ventilation dysfunction, and other underlying diseases, such as anemia and circulatory system disease, as well as other experimental results.
