Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed T2D patients(OGTT FPG=7mol/L, PPG(2h)=11.1mmol/L); 2. Aged between 20-75 years postmenopausal women; 3. urine HCG(-); 4. Signed an informed consent; 5. HbA1C>6.5%; 6. BMI betweem 20 and 35kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. T1D, special types of diabetes or gestational diabetes; 3. Allergic to drugs; 4. Severe hepatic and renal diseases; 5. Unstable angina pectoris,myocardial Infarction,cardiac dysfunction or edema; 6. Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, the ketosis hypertonic syndrome or chronic complications need insulin treatment, the stress state of necessary treatment with insulin; 7. Patients with malignant tumor, tuberculosis and other chronic wasting diseases, blood diseases, mental diseases, autoimmune diseases, apparent digestion and absorption dysfunctions, nearly six months with acute cerebrovascular diseases; 8. patients with alcohol or drugs abuse history; 9. OGTT FPG > 13 mmol/L and/or PPG (2 h) > 18 mmol/L; 10. systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg; 11. using drugs affect glucose metabolism, such as corticosteroids, thyroxine, etc.
