Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. To reach the specifications of the diagnosis of macronodular liver cirrhosis; 2. Ultrasound, CT or MR detection of liver regenerative nodules larger than 3mm, and / or with the elevated AFP; 3. Aged between 18 and 65 years male or female; 4. To sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with cirrhosis caused by other hepatitis virus infection; 2) Ultrasound, CT or MR detection of the presence or suspicion of the existence of hepatocellular carcinoma; 3) Patients with C Child-Pugh grade greater than 12, and patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy, and liver and kidney syndrome in the past 6 months; 4) Patients with the heart, kidney, lung, endocrine, blood, metabolism and gastrointestinal tract severe primary disease, or mental; 5) Disabled persons in the legal sense; 6) Pregnant or lactating women; 7) patients with allergic constitution or a variety of drug allergies.
