18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical requirements (1) Aged 18 and 70 years old; (2) Modified Rankin scale (MRS): 1–2 scores. 2. Radiological requirements (1) DSA 50-99% stenosis of the diameter of a major intracranial artery or Occlusion; (2) CT and MRI: No large infarction and no contrast enhancement in the infarcted area; (3) SPECT 10% 30%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Modifed Rankin scale (MRS) 3-5 score; 2. Malignant tumors or the failure of the organs, such as heart, liver, or kidney; 3. Myocardial infarction within the past 6 months; 4. Fasting blood glucose level > 300 mg/dL or insulin treatment; 5. Diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg; 6. Cardioembolism; 7. Allergy to acetazolamide.
