30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AF lasting >= 7 days, <= 5 years; 2. Aged 30 to 80 years old; 3. left atrial diametrer <= 55 mm; 4. no history of AF catheter ablation; 5. agree to complete catheter ablation and follow up; 6. agree and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Documented LVEF 15mm); 2. Untreated hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. Patients who are euthyroid on thyroid hormone replacement therapy are acceptable; 3. Previous left heart ablation procedure, either by surgery or by percutaneous catheter, for atrial fibrillation; 4. Previous cardiac surgery, or percutaneous interventional procedure for congenital heart disease, or eft atrial appendage occlusion procedure; 5. Absolute contra-indication to the use of heparin and or warfarin; 6. Severe pulmonary disease, e.g. restrictive pulmonary disease,Severe pulmonary damage ; 7. Documented intra-atrial thrombus, tumor, or another abnormality which precludes catheter introduction; 8. Women with a positive pregnancy test; 9. Evidence of active cardiac or systemic infection; 10. Anaphylactic reaction on iodine; 11. Severe hepatic or renal disfuntion (alanine aminotransferase or bilirubin is greater than 3 times the upper limit and creatinine clearance is less than 30ml/min); 12. Severe mental disease. 13. Heart rhythm converted into sinus rhythm after circumferential pulmonary vein isolation
