Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dryness, foreign body sensation, combined with epiphora and other symptoms; 2. Slit lamp microscopic examination shows the relaxation of the bulbar conjunctiva between the medial and lateral canthus in the eyeball and the lower eyelid; 3. Appear tear dynamic abnormalities, such as tear film instability, tear river incomplete, tear clearance delay etc.; 4. Corneal, lacrimal gland and lacrimal punctate is normal. No lacrimal punctum occlusion or absent. Rinse lacrimal patency, no cause nasal lacrimal duct opening obstruction of the nasal cavity lesions or abnormalities, no eyelid eversion and trichiasis; 5. No other eye diseases and systemic diseases that had effected on lacrimal ophthalmology, no history of ocular surgery, no application of drugs affecting tear secretion within 3 months; 6. Patient be any age and gender; 7. the clinical diagnosis of grade II or III conjunctivochalasis; 8. TCM syndrome for eye dryness, eyes blink frequency, photophobia, faint reddish white eyes, after a long time as the disease is aggravated. Loss of appetite, low voice lazy words, lassitude, pale white face, pale tongue, white slip coating, weak pulse; 9. Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With blepharitis, blink abnormalities, evaporation of strong dry eye such as eyelid abnormalities; 2. Patients with angle-closure glaucoma or elevated intraocular pressure and keratitis; 3. pregnant or lactating women, allergic constitution; 4. Patients with systemic immune diseases, such as Sjogren's syndrome etc; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, and diabetes mellitus.
