18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. subjects who has signed the informed consent; 2. aged between 18-65 years; 3. central obesity with waistline=90cm(male), or >=85cm(female); 4. 6.1mmol/L=1.70mmol/L (150mg/dl); HDL-c =130/85mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. subjects with blood pressure higher than 160 mmHg (systolic pressure) or 100 mmHg (diastolic pressure); 2. diagnosed with diabetes or treated by antidiabetic drugs; 3. TG>5mmol/L; 4. history of myocardial infarction,heart failure or unstable angina; 5. history of stroke; 6. renal inadequacy with Cr>177mol/L; 7. serious liver damage with ALT or AST>3*high limit; 8. pregnant or lactating women; 9. subjects with mental sickness; 10. subjects with tumor; 11. allergic to experimental drugs or any composition of the drug; 12. treated by diet pills in recent 3 months.
