Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic standard of the non alcohol fatty liver disease; 2. Aged 18-65 years old; 3. CT showed a general decrease in liver density, and the ratio of liver / spleen CT values was less than 0.8, or CAP value of Fibrocsan >260; 4. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) is higher than the upper limit of normal value (male >30IU/L, female >19IU/L) and less than 5 times the normal limit value; 5. Signed informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Over the past 3 months with other liver protective and drug curative effect evaluation; 2. Alcoholic fatty liver (male >20g/d female alcohol intake, alcohol intake, liver cirrhosis, >10g/d) hepatitis B, hepatitis C and other liver diseases, autoimmune liver disease or taking some drugs may lead to fatty liver; 3. Liver function is normal; 4. The diagnostic criteria for diabetes patients with diabetes: [HbA1c (A1C = 6.5%), or fasting blood glucose (FPG) for more than 7 mmol/L, or a glucose tolerance test (OGTT) is more than 2 hours postprandial blood glucose of 11.1 mmol/L patients, or in the typical symptoms of high blood sugar or high blood sugar crisis, random blood sugar is more than 11.1 mmol/L. ] 5. Over the past year, the implementation of gastrointestinal weight loss surgery or within the past 3 months to take weight loss drug weight loss >10%; 6. Pregnant women, breast-feeding women and cardiovascular, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system, such as primary diseases and other major diseases such as malignant tumor.
