Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With the endotracheal tube into the PACU after anaesthesia of laparoscopic colon cancer, gastric cancer radical elderly patients, the American society of anesthesiologists classification (ASA) grade I ~III, no serious heart and lung disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA IV-V, preoperative cardiopulmonary system has serious diseas.
