Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First-episode schizophrenia group (200 cases) meet following items: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia or schizophreniform psychosis according to DSM-5; 2. Aged 18-30 years old, the Han people, right-handed, to be able to recept rTMS treatment; 3. The first episode, less than 2 years course; 4. More than 70 intelligence quotient according to wechsler intelligence scale; 5. The family and the patients' informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. rTMS or MRI contraindications; 2. Mental retardation, diseases of nervous system or major body diseases; 3. History of brain injury, MRI showed abnormal brain structure; 4. History of alcohol or drug abuse and dependence; 5. Accepted MECT, long-term use of anticholinergic or benzodiazepines drugs may affect cognitive function.
