Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients receive general anesthesia under the bronchoscopy and (or) treatment of patients, ASA I - III, aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative SpO2<90%; preoperative heart rate less than 50 bpm or sick sinus syndrome; patients with grade 3 hypertension; propofol, remifentanil or dexmedetomidine allergy; temporary refusal participants etc.
