18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community-dwelling Chinese adults with aged 18-year of above; 2. Presences of any three or more of the following five criteria as defined by NCEP-ATP III in 2005; 3. Able to perform daily activities without limitations and without assistance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects will be excluded: 1. Prior experience with TC exercise within half year prior to the commencement of the study; 2. Hospitalized or institutionalized such as living in residential care home; 3. Have developed CVDs; and 4. Impaired mobility, cognitive impairment. 5. Met SDM-V criteria for major depressive disorder and/ or on regulation medication treatment.
