Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of the volunteer: Aged from 20 to 35, BMI between 18.5 to 23.9 (=lean weight category for Chinese population, no overweight, nor underweight), with regular diet, with normal glucose tolerance, stable body weight (within the past three months before the start of the study), without acute change on physical activity level, not taking any food supplements, without food allergies and intolerant foods.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: The volunteer is taking medicines that can affect the digestion and absorption of nutrients, or suffered from metabolic syndrome, diabetes syndrome, dyslipidemia, or used psychoactive drugs, steroids or protease inhibitors, or recently had surgery or hospitalization within the past three months, or was within gestation period or lactation period.
