Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of Western medical insomnia; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine insomnia; 3. College students aged 17-25 years old; 4. None Western and/or Oriental medicine and/or dietary supplements for insomnia in the past one week; 5. Signed the informed consent form for the clinical trial; 6. Reporting clinical symptoms for insomnia and score of 7 or above on the PSQI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Duration more than 12 years; 2. Insomnia caused by pain, fever, cough, surgery or other external influence; 3. Severe body disease such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and severe primary disease of the hematopoietic system and organic brain disease; 4. Alcohol and (or) psychoactive substances, drug abusers and drug-dependent persons (including sleeping pills); 5. Patients who could not cooperate during the treatment or mental allergic.
