Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic standard of knee OA; 2. Aged between 45 years and 85 years; 3. Patients who sign the informed consent; 4. Patients who accept the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pain in knee; 2. Women who have already been pregnancy or who want to be pregnancy; 3. Researchers who have participated or are participating other research in recent three months.
