18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years old; Elective operation under general anesthesia and 1-3 estimated surgical hours; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II; Body mass index (BMI)18.5-24.9 kg/m^2; informed consent is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: psychiatric and neurological disorders; Impaired cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal functions; sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome; sedative and analgesic drug therapy and abuse; Contraindication for and allergy to any sedative and analgesic drug.
