Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with ischemia stroke; 2. Within 7 days after stroke onset; 3. Male or female aged 40 to 80 years; 4. NHISS scores 4 to 21; GCS scores greater than or equals to 7; 5. First attack or has stroke history but with no handicap MRS score=1; 6. Willing to join the test and signed a patient authorization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients had hrombolytic therapy; 2. participates in other clinical trials in the last three months; 3. patients with serious primary disease of heartliverkidney and hematopoietic systemand patients with advanced neoplastic disease and mental disorders; 4. Patients with pregnancy or lactation; 5. Patients with congenital disability.
