Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First-episode schizophrenia group (300 cases): 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia or schizophreniform psychosis according to DSM-5; 2. Aged 18-30 years old, the Han nationality, right-handed; 3. The first episode, less than 2 years course; 4. More than 70 intelligence quotient according to wechsler intelligence scale. Healthy controls (100): 1. Aged 18 to 30 years old, the Han nationality, right-handed healthy subjects; 2. More than 70 intelligence quotient according to wechsler intelligence scale; 3. No mental disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria:?MRI contraindications;?Mental retardation, diseases of nervous system or major body diseases;?History of brain injury, MRI showed abnormal brain structure;?History of alcohol or drug abuse and dependence;?Accepted MECT, long-term use of anticholinergic or benzodiazepines drugs may affect cognitive function.
