Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II, expected operation time 3h-6h, more than 6 years of schooling; One day before surgery for simple mental state scale (MMSE) score and the score more than 24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have the nerve, mental disease; long-term exposure tosedatives and antidepressants; a history of alcohol abuse, drug history or history of drug dependence; disease of cardiovascular and renal function impairment; severe hearing, visual impairment or abnormal motion; weight range than the standard weight of 25%; patients with small cell lung cancer; preoperative testing is not compliance, unable to communicate, and can not complete the follow-up.
