Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Diagnostic criteria of Western medicine in line with community acquired pneumonia; 3. Conforms to the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis standard patient; 4. Voluntary and signed informed consent; 5. PSI score: I-III grade, 0-1 score CURB-65 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously identified with structural lung disease; 2. Over the past 1 months, the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics over 7 days; 3. Peripheral blood neutrophil is less than 1 * 10^9/L; 4. Long term use of glucocorticoids; 5. Combination of malignant tumor or organ transplantation and the treatment of immune inhibitor; 6. Known to penicillin, cephalosporins and other beta lactam antibiotics allergy.
