Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnosis of primary osteoporosis; 2. Both women and men, aged from 50 to 75 years old; 3. The participants don't use anti-osteoporosis medicine in half a year; 4. The patients sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. metabolic bone disease around the body; 2. Fracture by traumatic injuries in two years; 3. Chronic diseases affecting bone metabolism, including diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism and other chronic diseases that require long-term treatment; 4. Severe heart and brain vessels diseases; 5. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Chronic gastrointestinal diseases; 7. Acute or chronic infection in the near future; 8. Strenuous exercise in two or three days; 9. Serious organic disease, mental and nervous system diseases, and active osteoarthropathy; 10. The patients who have taken estrogen and calcitonin, or fluoride, bisphosphonates,adrenocortical hormone in one year.
