Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years old; 2. Pain duration At least 3 months; 3. Diagnosed with Non-specific low back pain; 4. Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma patients or patients with severe vertebral disease; 2. Patients with spinal surgery; 3. Suspected or confirmed pregnancy; 4. Participation in a tai chi program within the last 6 months or in other clinical trials.
