Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2. the first visit outpatient in gastroenterology clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. serious heart, brain and kidney diseases; 2. people with mental disorders; 3. return visit patients.
