Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. histopathologically confirmed distant metastasis of stage IV non-small cell lung cancer, expected survival > 12 weeks; 2. Read and fully understand the patient notice subjects, signed informed consent; 3. aged between 18~70 years old, and Karnofsky performance status >70; 4. no prior radiation to the thorax, Basic normal lung function; 5. no pleural effusion and superior vena cava syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not signed informed consent; 2. The disease progression during radiotherapy, intolerance to radiotherapy.
