Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 60 years old; 2. Confirmed cases of tuberculosis (according to the tuberculosis diagnosis standard: the WS 288-2008) Includes the following three categories: (1) smear positive TB cases; (2) only positive pulmonary tuberculosis cases; (3) shown in the specimen pathological diagnosis of tuberculosis lesions; 3. Read and fill in the informed consent and cooperate with the participants; 4. Permanent residents in wuhan city; 5. With the ability to communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to cooperate; 2. Confused non-tuberculosis disease patients; 3. Non-permanent residents in Wuhan; 4. With serious organic disease and mental disorder; 5. Unable to communicate.
