100ug/kg/min at the transfer the machin, stop at Cardiac Cardiac Resuscitation

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 yeas and above; 2. Heart surgery; 3. CABG with CPB; 4. Valve surgery with CPB; 5. CABG with other heart surgery 6. valve surgery with other heart surgery 7. agreement to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency heart surgery 2. heart surgery without CPB 3. heart surgery with deep hypothemia 4. Ascending aortic surgery 5. Correction of congenital heart disease 6. allergy to Esmolol 7. Liver and kidney dysfunction 8. Severe dehydration and severe malnutrition or Hb<10g/dl 9. Mental or other reasons 10. Participating in other clinical drug research in the past three months 11. Cardiac shock or placement of IABP.
