TEA+Small doses of amitriptyline:stimulate Tiantu for 30 mins, twice per day for 4weeks+amitriptyline 25mg/qn, p.o. for 4 weeks
sham-TEA+Small doses of amitriptyline:stimulate sham- Tiantu for 30 mins, twice per day for 4weeks+amitriptyline 25mg/qn, p.o. for 4 weeks

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients with globus or functional pharyngeal paraesthesia from the department of gastroenterology and ENT of Guangzhou First Municipal People's Hospital, Nansha Central Hospital of Guangzhou First Municipal People's Hospital and the Second People's Hospital of Guangdong Province; 2. The diagnosis of globus meets the Rome III criteria for globus, including all of the follows: 2.1. Persistent or intermittent, nonpainful sensationof a lump or foreign body in the throat; 2.2. Occurrence of the sensation between meals; 2.3. Absence of dysphagia or odynophagia; 2.4. Absence of evidence that gastroesophageal refluxis the cause of the symptom; 2.5. Absence of histopathology-based esophagealmotility disorders. Criteria fulfilled for the last 3 months with symptom onsetat least 6 months before diagnosis; 3. The criteria for functional pharyngeal paraesthesia are: Non-painful sensation or abnormal throat hallucinations, such as a ball stopper, itching sensation, urgency, sputum sticking, burning sensation, etc., and the exclusion of organic disease; 4. Nasal laryngoscopy, endoscopy and blood biochemical examination are required for all the patients to exclude organic disease of larynx and esophagus(such as parapharyngeal tumors, cysts epiglottis, hypopharynx cancer, esophageal cancer etc.), thyroid disease, connective tissue disease, nerve system diseases and mental illness; 5. Signed informed consent and agreed to enter the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients do not meet the diagnostic criteria of pharyngeal paraesthesia and globus; 2. Patients with organic diseases of larynx and esophagus detected by nasal laryngoscopy, endoscopy and blood biochemical examination; 3. Patients accompanying thyroid diseases; 4. Patients accompanying neurological diseases and mental illness; 5. patients do not cooperate with the investigation.
