Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with highly suspected malignant thyroid nodules,which were found by conventional ultrasound or CT/MRI; 2. Men and women aged greater than at least 18 years old; 3. Patients signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of hypersensitivy to SonoVue or its componets; 2.Patients with contraindications of biopsy: Patients with unexplained bleeding history; severe anemia; patients with bleeding and coagulation disorders were not corrected (prothrombin time than normal control 3-5 seconds, the platelet count < 60000/mm3); no safety puncture path; women with menstrual period; 3. Any medical condition or other circumstances which would significantly decrease the changes of obtaining reliable data, achieveing study objectives or completing the study and follow-up examinations; 4. Pregnant or lactating women or women with pregnancy may be positive for the first time before pregnancy testing.
