18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals suffered from mild, moderate or severe pre-test anxiety syndrome according to Sarason Test Anxiety Scale(TAS); 2) Individuals with consent form, TAS and questionnaire completed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals suffering from secondary anxiety due to somatic disease(s) such as hyperthyroidism, hypertension, coronary heart disease; 2) Individuals suffering from heart disease(s), for instance, valvular heart disease, myocarditis, arrthymia. 3) Individuals with psychiatric history, or with current psychiatric treatments; 4) Individuals who are on medication modulating heartbeat.
