Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females within 10 years after menopause, aged 50-70 years old; total bone mass decreased by more than 37% or T value of small -2.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Indicators blood tests to exclude the following diseases (or meet the relevant conditions): 1. other diseases affecting bone metabolism: gonads, parathyroid, thyroid disease; 2. rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases; 3. Effect of calcium and vitamin D absorption and regulation and Digestive and Kidney Diseases; 4. multiple myeloma and other malignant diseases; 5. long-term use of corticosteroids or other bone metabolism of drugs; 6. variety of congenital and acquired metabolic bone disorders; 7. subjects in one year, the brittle fracture occurred; 8. subject nearly a year of regular sports and fitness habits (less than three times a week for 30 minutes of exercise); 9. subject does not have the ability to conduct normal daily existence dyskinesia; 10. reference weight and bone strength index, excluding those high risk of fracture.
