Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3-12 months infant; 2. no influenza or other respiratory tract infection within one month; 3. normal functioning major organs (the heart, liver, and kidney).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. yonger than 3 months and older than 12 months case; 2. There is influenza or other respiratory tract infection within one month; 3. abnormal functioning major organs (the heart, liver, and kidney) or congenital disease.
