Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the disease; 2. Aged 18-70 years, male and female; 3. Participants know the situation and voluntarily signed the informed consent; 4. Live in the local, be able to do treatment follow-up, own certain reading ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women in pregnancy and lactation; 2. People who have connective tissue disease, diabetes and other endocrine and metabolic diseases,menopausal syndrome,severe primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood, or severe disease affecting their survival; 3. Disabled patients (blind, deaf, mute, mental retardation, physical disability) prescribed by law; 4. Suspect or do have a history of alcohol, drug abuse; 5. Other lesions that have reduced the likelihood of entering a group or the complexity of the research; 6. Allergies, such as those with two or more of the drug or food allergies, or those who are allergic to this drug; 7. Patients participating in clinical trials of other drugs; 8. In the severe anxiety and depression, suicidal patients.
